Dena Kelber—an executive leader, educator, and expert in business transformation. As a long-standing instructor at University of California, Irvine, Dena develops current and emerging leaders in the areas of team building, project management, business analysis, and organizational change. MVP Seminars was created in 1978 by Dr. Ron Marquardt in response to the growing need for quality business trainers, keynote speakers, and small business consultants. After arming himself with a Doctorate from UC Berkeley in Ed. Psych., he sat down with a cold beer, pencil & piece of paper, & proceeded to sketch out his dream of building a first class training company, catering to corporate USA.This was not an easy task, especially going head to head with, Speakers Bureaus. & meeting planners. Fortunately, the Internet leveled the playing field, & the business really thrived.
